Co-host opportunities in Key West

My name is Don and I am an owner/host of an Airbnb rental in Point Pleasant, NJ.   During the off-season at the Jersey Shore, I plan to discontinue operation of the ABNB rental from 10/1/18-4/1/19.  I am currently exploring opportunities to co-host one or more ABNB properties in Key West during that time frame.  A brief synopsis of my hospitality experience is over 10 years as owner/host of a traditional BNB and 7 months as an ABNB owner/host with an over-all rating of 5.0.  I fully expect to reach Super Host status in October.  Also have experience in day-to-day pool maintenance, minor household maintenance and gardening.
