CoHosting: Need more Payment Options

Currently it seems that Cohosting is all or nothing. They can either get a percentage of the listing revenue, a fixed amount off each booking, or cleaning fees. All this assumes the Cohost is out there cohosting everyday.

But I would think most people inviting friends to be co hosts would do so on a part time basis. So the cohost would help Mondays and Tuesdays etc..

Is there a way to issue a fixed amount just for tree days? If host is there wed-sun and cohost Mon and Tues, why would co host get a percentage or fixed amount for Wednesday through Sunday?

Any cohosts\hosts have input on how to make this work?
