Contacting AirBnB

Hi,

 

I cancelled an AirBnB that I booked for next week, due to a change in plans and the host made incredibly inappropriate remarks about me cancelling. I'm incredibly livid, how do I report that to AirBnB?

Hello @Sheena15,

 

Provided that the remarks were made in a message on the Airbnb system you can flag the message for Airbnb.

To do this, go to your messages and find the message concerned and then click on the little flag symbol in the top right of the message window.

 

If the remarks were made outside the Airbnb message system you can try clicking on their profile photo and then on the "Report this user" flag that appears just below the "Hey, I'm XXXXX" heading.
