Contacting a guest who withdrew

I had a guest ready to book but they misunderstood how much parking was available.  It turns out we have plenty of parking but they withdrew.  How can I locate or message them through Airbnb's site?

Did you delete the conversation you had with them from your inbox? That is the only way I know of to locate a guest. You can't otherwise search for someone.
