Couple booked for New Years weekend and I want to change them to my second listing.

They are my very first guests. They have 2 children under 5 years.

The one they booked has the bedrooms upstairs.(It's entire home).

You can ask them but they do not have to agree since the reservation is already made and you agreed to it.

Since the one listing is half the price of the other, assuming they've booked the cheaper one, it may be a difficult sell.  You might want to try and offer them some sort of discount.

Second listing has just been majorly renovated,much more spacious, has more than one bathroom, all rooms are on the same level.Thinking it's easier with their 1 year old child as well as their 4 year year old.

I'm offering it at 'no price change' and they will have the entire house. It's a matter of on arrival taking the family to the new address.I wrote to them, asked them to take a good look at listing and if they are comfortable and okay with it to let me know soonest. No reply yet.
