Current Guest in Violation of House Rules - Can't Contact

The current guest in our beautiful vacation home seems to be making inappropriate use of the place -- moving furniture outside, leaving trash and cigarette butts around, building a camp fire in a flower bed, taking rocks from the rock walls, etc. It's a historic home with well-kept grounds and gardens. We don't know yet what is happening inside.

Our property manager has spoken to this group about getting things straightened out, and when he reported this to me, I tried to reach the guest, who is not answering his phone or responding to AirBnB messages or texts.

Anyone else have experience with this situation? What are my options? Can I have my property manager go down and evict them?

I'm sorry to hear that. This is your home and I would highly recommend you to take charge of it. If they break your house rules and your PM verified that, I certainly would ask the PM to have your guest eveited. I hope everything works out.
