Customer service not getting back to me

So I have been having some technical difficulties booking a reservation. I have since emailed customer service and called 3 different times over the course of the last 52 hours and no one is able to help me and nothing has been done to resolve the situation. I am becoming very concerned with the level of customer service provided from this company. I want to spend money with your company please fix the problem Airbnb:(

Thanks for the advice! I have been for the past couple hours. They have successfully forwarded to the right person 4 times now. This level of customer service is just atrocious.
