DYNAMIC OF INQUIRIES NOT LOGICAL?

Hi! We are newbies to the AIRBNB business, having started with one listing in late April 2016. As soon as we placed the listing around 4/17, we got immediate response by travelers around the state of Michigan where our property is located. In less than two weeks into the business we got 4 complete bookings. Than it stalled for almost an entire week even though we turned Smart Pricing on for the last 3 days. In this last period we got three inquiries, 2 expired and one to expire tomorrow morning.

How can we improve this marketing dynamic. The house is in a very touristic location by Lake Michigan. Ironically the only 4 bookings happenened when we had placed flat prices close to the projected maximum for the summer!
