Damages, extra cleaning, extra guests claims etc.

Can anyone help me with how to make a damges claim allong with claim for extra cleaning and extra guests. I can't seem to claim both categories at the same time. When one claim is filed you can't the add another. What is the right process?

First you should request money for damage, extra cleaning and extra people using the option Request money, @Nicholas134. It would be good to have some evidence, like even response from the guest confirming the acts.
