Decling a request

I have just declined a request and in the drop down for reason for declining there was always an'other' at the bottom of this list.  This has now gone from the drop down choices.  Does anyone know why this has happened.  The reason for declining is not always appropriate for the other choices

Just choose the closest one - it doesn't really matter why you decline. This information just helps AirBnB understand the fit between guests and hosts and why they sometimes decline.

No idea, but ABB make changes all the time and it is not normal for users to be made aware of them in advance or for the reason to be explained.

I have exactly the same problem, but what really bothers me is when I use one of the other reasons, I go through all the motions but it wont let me take the last step to decline, I now am getting lots of e-mails telling me I have so many hours left to answer. This is the second time this has happened...anyone know a way around this??
