Delayed Payout

Hello fellow hosts,

 

Last weekend we had guests stay in our apartment and I still have yet to receive their payment. Usually I receive a payout email a day before they check out and then the money is in my bank account 1-3 days after that email. 

 

Now it's been a week without a payout email or a payment and I'm concerned. The guests transaction has been sitting in my Future Transactions tab all week.

 

What should I do? Should I contact the guest directly? Or is this one for Airbnb Customer Service?

You need to contact AirBnB they have the money.
