Dismiss and Wierd request

Hi Just got a request I don't feel good about and I would normally just decline but I wonder if it is some sort of robot/spam and if I reply in any way they will be able to access my account and info--the other thing I am curious about is in addition to a decline button there is a dismiss button. I don't know what the difference is, I don't think I have seen the dismiss button before, and I tried to search on help and did not see anything about a "dismiss" button.  Obviously I would like to have this settled before my 24 hr rating zap.

FYI the things that are wierd:

The name signed does not match the name verified

The dates inquired do not match the dates in the message

The photo does not show a person, just a cat

There are not any reveiws of the "person"

Why don't you decline and flag with BnB as a potential spam inquriy?
