Do most Airbnb hosts have guests sign a lease?

I just received my first booking and I was planning on having a lease signed, but that was if I got a renter through Craigslist or longer than 30 days.  What is the standard or usual with Airbnb?

The booking is also a contract between guest and host.  You may ask them to sign a contract, but conditions may not differ from those in your lisiting.
