Edit listing calendar type

So I set-up my listing, but when it comes to the calendar, I think I chose the wrong type. I can offer the apartment only to certain dates and everytime I try to set those days as available nothing happens and the apartment is available all the time...which is kind of a problem. I tried several things but was unliky so far. Can anyone help?

One thing I did. was go through and block all of the dates I had available. Just click the date and choose block on the right side. Next I went back and unblocked all of the dates my listing would be available for the near future. I go in and update periodically. Hope this helps!
