Email confirmation never goes through when I book

Email confirmation never goes through when I book

I keep receiving a message that says: "Tap the link in the email we sent you. Confirming your email address helps us send you trip information."  

 

I send to the email associated to my account, but nothing is ever received (checked junk folder, confirmed information alignment in account settings, etc..)  

 

When I try to log into my account via email, it says 'this email is not associated with any account," however, if I log via my phone number and go to account settings, its shows my email!  Can anyone help?
