Hi there,

Apologies if you're seeing this again, I think I have posted it elsewhere, but I'm never too sure what I'm doing with the computer!

I had an enquiry yesterday from a guest who stayed with us before, 18 months ago. Firstly, I didn't get an SMS (which I always have before) and on the inbox/conversation bit, it says "accepted" - but the system has picked up the details from his previous booking.

Is this normal? It's confusing to see an "accepted" booking, when I haven't accepted it.

Did they just sent you a new message in the existing thread of your chat from last booking, @Russell21? Happen to me before. They need to put in a new enquiry ny going through the dates they now request, I think that's the trick.
