Error code 400

New listing - have a inquiry and can't add my paypal as a payout method - keeps coming up "cant find page - error code 400" any suggestions?

Welcome to the Community Center!

 

I'm not sure which web browser you are using, but perhaps you could try clearing the cache and cookies on your web browser. I was able to find a couple of links that will explain how you can clear the cookies and cache.
