Ex manager property doesn't want tk unlisted my property on his account

I'm the owner of beachfront villa on https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/16537880?preview 

That recently just take care my own villa by myself after been year took care by manager property using Sofie''s account https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/14132694?sug=50 instead listed on my account

The reason I terminated not hire her anymore because some reason such neglatine, dishonest whilst manage my property.  But it is become problem when not hire her anymore because my property was listed on her account because she got some booking for my property till August 2017 but threatened me to move the guest to another property

I communicated before with Adrian CS located in Canada and also other CS hopefully it showing in your history message, came up with with advice that my property manager shall be unlisted my property on her account unfortunately she refuse, instead of unlisted my property on her account she was even break the price put lower price with intention that more people will seeing and chose her account compare with my account after she found I started advertise my property on my acount

I can't stand to let her break my property and price, all those pictures on her account was my property''s photos and the good reviews from guest also for my property, she still open my property on her account put lower price instead normal price. 

I have completed document such title of the villa that mentioned am the owner my name on it. Hence I do mind if she still using my properties photos using guest"s review who stayed in my villa to attract guest.

Sorry to hear about your problems.

You need to go back to the case manager you have been liaising with to resolve. Show them the conversations between you.

Explain she is refusing to hand over the listing and is deliberately lowering the price to one which is far below your normal.

This is a forum for hosts. BNB doesn't monitor.

Get back to them and ask them to resolve urgently.
