Factually incorrect and unfair review

My guest left a review saying that I do not provide wifi in my "house" and left a 4 star rating because of that. This is very unfair because I gave them my wifi details personally when they checked in (they are also available in the airbnb system). Is there anything I can do about this other than leaving a public response?

You can't do anything about their review, except calling them out on their lie. The guest is not always right, some of them are just jerks 🙂
