Find out their check in time

Hi,

I had a guest check in at 5pm yesterday and still haven't received payment yet even though it's been over 24 hours since they arrived. 

Is there anyway to check on air BnB what time they set as their check in so I can work out whether it's an error or not?

if a guest checks in at 5pm on Monday you should receive your direct deposit on Weds, or Thurs the latest.

@Emily212 mine guest checked in yesterday too and 30 min ago I received ABB notification that my payment is sent. So, you still have time to get it

@Emily212 , @Aogán0 , Airbnb releases the payment to you one day after check in. You get an email from them, also indicating when to expect payment. Some of it depends on your stipulated payment method, also if it goes over a weekend (when banks don't do business), and both  of you  being overseas, it might take a bit longer.

Here in the US, with me typically checking in guests on a Friday, I get the payment release note from Airbnb  on Saturday, and the $$ are in my account on Tuesdays.
