Finding out what reservation the resolution is from?

Hello, how can you tell who the relotuion refund has come from? it doesn't put a name or reservation ID next to it and since I had a few people staying I am very confused! Can someone help me? 

I ca't seem to find the telephone number or email address to contact airbnb for help 😞

Would the following help?

You can go to www.airbnb.com/resolutions.

That page will show requests and money you sent using the resolution centre.

From the amounts quoted there you may be able to see which reservation the refund has come from.
