For a recent visit neither host nor guest were asked to submit a review

A recent guest sent me a note via AirBnB saying she wasn't asked to submit a review and that she couldn't figure out how to do so. I checked my account and found the same thing: I wasn't asked to submit a review for her visit, and there's no way to do so without a request from AirBnB. As it happens, we were both happy with the visit and would like to review it. What to do?

Hi @Jim20,

 

This is a known issue to Airbnb and it appears they are working on getting it resolved.  I would not expect any anouncement from them so you will just need to be patient for a little longer.
