Future transactions not being paid out

Future transactions not being paid out

Frustrated.  I have "future transactions" in my account.  Guest check out 1 week ago.  AIRBNB customer support first said it was a hold on the guest's account.  I proved it was not.  Now it is an "urgent review" process.  I still have no resolution and no money.

Help????

Robert, did this ever get resolved?  We also have a guest who stayed two nights and their payment is listed in Futurd transactions, but it's been a week.  How did you contact AirBnb support?  I can't seem to find it anywhere.
