Geelong return statistics

Hello,

I am new to Airbnb and are wanting to list my property in Geelong VIC 3220

Is there a any page statistics somebody could refer me to, so I can get an estimated idea, of the demand of people wanting to book properties through airbnb Geelong 

Im just curious as to whether Geelong Airbnb properties are booked 50% of the time or so

Any response would be much appreciated

You can look at the calendars of the properties around you which are similar, and in the same price range. that will give you some idea, but not enirely as hosts block out times which are just for them.  But it's a reasonable start.
