Getting a friend's listing off my page

Getting a friend's listing off my page

I am an Airbnb host and my partner decided to put his apartment up as well.  As Airbnb pay $134 (I think) for recommending a new host - I recommended him.  I then did the listing for him on my computer, but his apartment has come up under my apartment in the listings.  I am not going to be managing his apartment, but am getting the bookings on my phone and my computer.  How do we seperate the two listings?  We would also like to be able to access the listing (as well as the Manager) so we can block out times when we will use the apartment.  I think this is possible.

I can't get hold of anyone on Airbnb to answer this question, as it would probably be just a two minute conversation.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

@Debra60  you will need to deactivate his listing then he will need to create his own account on his own computer with his own email address and add the listing himself. You can then co-host for each other.

Thank you so much Victoria.  Will that affect bookings that have been made in the last couple of days??

Yes it will.

You said you can't contact BNB. Have you tried calling them and they aren't answering?

You may need to keep trying.
