Getting a possibly spammed message from a previous host

I just got a message from a host I stayed with in 2014 really weird.

Has his accound been hacked? I reported it for weird content as there wasnt a button to report hacked account or odgy message and if i returned the message it might not get to the host and i cant ring him. This was the message

Yesterday at 04:48 via Airbnb SMS"
