But even though my nightly rate is only 399. He was charged $786. He's asked me to fix it but I have zero idea how without canceling his reservation and starting over, which would hurt my host rating and his credit card would probably not clear since the original. Charges take 5 days to credit...
With airbnb making millions, I can't understand why there is not a direct contact phone number help line for such issues. Can someone please help?!
