Guest came and stayed the night, but did not check in with airbnb.

I have a new to AirBnB guest who booked our home.  He arrived late and did not check in with AirBnb.  He has now left but did not check out with AirBnb.

So at this time I have not been paid.  He says he doesn't know how to check in or out.  Help!

When the guest books a room the guest pays airbnb. You are paid the day after check in by airbnb. The guest do not have to do anything - no checking in or out.

Is it your first guest?

Click on profile photo, click on account settings, click on transaction history and it will give you the date payment is estimated to arrive in your bank account.

If it was a same day booking there could be a problem with his payment.
