Guest can’t make payment

my guest can’t make payment. Am I able you give him my banking details to get payment directly ?

@Grant85  Absolutelly not you can removed from AirBnB for doing that. Have the guest call AirBnB and ask for help with the booking.

@Grant85  This is a forum for hosts and guests to exchange information and ask questions- you haven't reached Airbnb by posting here. 

But the answer is no, the guest won't be given your banking info (don't you think that would be a security risk?)-all payments are made through the website. Your guest needs to contact Airbnb to find out why her payment doesn't go through and to help her with the booking.
