@Billy10 The guest doesn't really have that option. If you've booked others, then (like any hotel, etc), the current guest has to move along. Do NOT cancel other bookings for this guest. AirBnB will penalize and charge you heavily. At the most, help the current guest find other listings, but assure them that they have to vacate or you'll call the cops if necessary.

No, don't do that! Airbnb will "punish you for cancelling confirmed guests in the last minute. You are not a hotel or airline that just bumps people from their reservation....You just need to gracefully decline the current guests asking you for an extension = so sorry, I am booked already.
