Guest failed Background Check

Guest failed Background Check

Was expecting a guest to arrive today.   When I texted them they said they failed back ground check.  Why doesn't the host get notified?  All emails are removed but I am left with a unit ready and no guest.  What type of back ground could they fail?  Will I every find out?

@Kenneth86 Sounds like you never actually had a confirmed reservation, since the guest never passed/completely verification. Move on and wait for your next guest.
