Guest requesting early departure because of pest control spraying in complex.

I have a renter who has requested to cancel last 4 days of reservation because the management is going to be spraying the complex for pest control. Her son is in remission from cancer and she does not want him around the chemicals. I totally understand and told her I would refund the remaining days but not sure how to do that. Do I just ask for her address and send her a check? I have been reading tons of refund and cancellation posts and can't seem to find instructions on how to go about this. Any help would be much appreciated.

Just go to the reservation and make an alteration.
