Guest stay with inle valley for two nights but never give us room charge

Dear sir/madam

Guest stay with inle valley bed and breakfast but he did not give me room charged.Because we did not confirm his booking yet. He said he already paid through Airbnb. But Airbnb charged to him after hotel confirmed his booking.

We already informed the guest but he told me that when he back home, he will check the bank statement.Then he will settle payment after checking bank. But until now he did not reply and never ever pay for valley two days stay.

The guest name is [Personal information hidden].He is the one stay with inle valley for two nights and never pay for it.

How can a guest stay in your room when not having a confirmed reservation ?

How did guest find it anyway ?

Seems to me proper Airbnb procedures has not been followed.
