Guest wants to book long-term with 3 day break in the middle

Hi! I have a 2-day reservation coming up with Guest #1 in May, and Guest #2 wants to book end of April-end of May and is willing to relocate to another spare bedroom I have (not listed on airbnb) during the 2-3 days that Guest #1 will be in the airbnb space. I asked Guest #2 to book two separate listings for before and after Guest #1 is there, but the second booking request doesn't show up. Also, I am trying to split the cost of Guest #2's long-term resevation up between the two separate reservations (assuming we can figure out the second reservation). I'm assuming I will need to account for the fees airbnb will add to Guest #2's second reservation, since it seems more fair to only have them pay the fees once.

I know this is complicated and I was wondering if anyone wanted to recommend some other way of dealing with this. Thanks in advance for your input!
