Guests leaving small but permanent damage to the property.

I just had a guest leave the place with hair dye marks on towels and marks on the bathroom cabinets and floor. All her other reviews say she has been respectful and people would have her again. I would not. What do I do about the damage? Is it ok to say I won’t have her back?

If you can't get the stains out or the marks out then you can claim through your deposit or the Airbnb Host guarantee, but Airbnb may see the towels as wear and tear.

Of course you should leave an honest review and a thumbs down so she can't IB with other hosts.
