Guidebook print capability is back!

The ability to generate a printable copy of the Guidebook is back. At least for hosts who are seeing the new input interface; I don't know about people (if any) who are still seeing the old interface.

Thanks @Dede0. It looks like even the Broken Map "feature" is back too! ; )  I wonder if they'll ever get around to paying Google for a production license for the maps instead of using the developer license (which causes the broken links)?

@Ed-and-Hugh0 Ha-ha that the random mini-map failure is still there! Surely they know why this happens (too many API calls per time period) and surely thy can afford to pay whatever relatively trivial amount Google wants. Oh, well, I've had sucess getting a clean copy with all maps present by generating the print version at odd times of the day/night when fewer hosts are likely to be doing the same thing. Gotta hit the sweet spot between high US usage and high European usage....
