HELP!! Im trying to accept a reservation and for some reason the site wont let me accept.

I'm about to lose 2 bookings because the site wont ACCEPT. Ive been at it over an hour, checked everything from availability settings, etc.  Can anyone help me with this?

This is a known issue so you will need to be patient while it is fixed.
