Hello. I have just received my first booking request and need to respond, what do i ask?

My potential guest is from another country and the reviews are in another language.. how do i translate them please? Also what information do i need from them?

@Linda378  Google Translate ususally works decently.

And what information would you like to know?  You can ask whatever you'd like in order to get comfortable with the reservation.

Copy and paste the reviews into google translator.  It can usually detect the language.  You may not get an exact translation but you'll get the gist of it.
