Help... how do I offer a guest a discount after I preapproved them?

Hi there, I just preapproved a guest that I am 'chatting' with, and would like to give her a discount of about $100, but I don't know how to do it now that she is preapproved? Hummmm, anyone?

@Nancy22 you can do it a few ways, either remove the pre-approval and simply send them a new one, or once they book, you can go into your reservation and change it to $100 less.
