Help me please - I am not a bad host

I have just returned from a business trip to Tibet/China. Missed some emails. It looks like I have been deactivated. 

I have had five airbnb bookings since I started and got 5* reviews for each
I can;t write a review of my last guest as I cannot access my listing

The last inquiry was from China and my potehtial guest and I agreed to pursue as soon as I got back home - yesterday. 

I now can't contact her. 

I have responded to every inquiry within the time allowed 

I am at my wits end. 
Can you please help me reinstate my listing?  Please
