I wanted to ask about the information inherent in becoming a host.
I'm renting, and my current apartment frees up a room. I wanted to know if I can rent it on Airbnb, if you if there are any documents to do and if my honer should be aware of this.

@Gaetano44  Your owner should be made aware first and check your lease about sub-letting. I as an owner would never let you do it, there is too much liability for me involved.

I think London has its own regulations regarding Airbnb.

However, I am not sure if they apply in your situation, as they mainly seem to deal with "Whole Home" listings, not a "Private Room" as you are describing.

Nevertheless, it would make senes to familiarize yourself with the specific situation in London.
