What minimum length stay do you require of your guests?

What if any are the zoning restrictions regarding lenght of stay for your area?

If you have a 7 day minimum stay zoning requirement how do you overcome it to provide shorter stays for your guests?

What insurance coverage do you have on your place if it is your primary home? What addional coverage if any did you have to get in order to be an Airbnb host?

Hi Marie, Bill:

City of Sarasota code calls for an 8 day minimum stay -- all year round.  Enforcement is haphazard.  We have a group forming to gather support to roll back this regulation, which is having unintended consequences.
