1) Is Vat applicable in India and the payment which i receive as a host will it be Vat included.

2) Do i need to register for mvat in maharashtra, mumbai?

3) i have an axis bank saving account will the money get deposited without any problem or do i need to get a paypal account?

Also, Paypal was the old method. According to the new payout methout you need to link your bank account only.
