Holiday Weekend Special!

It would be nice to be able to market/advertise a special rate for a weekend, holiday or event.  From what I can see you are only able to offer a special rate to an interested party that has already made an inquiry.

I do it generally by editing the Pricing/Availability section myself on the site for my listing and enter special holiday price there. That price then refelcts to the listing and all guests can see the Holiday weekend special pricing. I agree that we need to raise rates due to high demand.
