Is the Host Protection Insurance (HPI) provided to hosts automatically when we become a host? My current insurance provider may not insure the dwelling if I use it for Airbnb. Can you provide me with names of insurance providers that will write policies for Airbnb dwellings.

Cbiz has home insurance specifically for short term rental homes. It will replace your home insurance plus cover your liability at a higher amount. It is more expensive usually than your current home owner's insurance, but I think it is worth not having to worry to wether your insurance company will cover your property if they find out you are running a business out of your home.
