Host does not answer my message

Hello,

I received email from the host, and she wanted to charge additional fee $252.63. However, I can not pay more than I paid. I tried to contact to host regarding this issue by email, message and phone. She never answer me even though the message shows up it was delivered. I do not know my booking will be cancel or not. Please advise as soon as possible. The date is my wedding day, therefore it is so imporatant to me. Please help. Thank you.

@Jun28 This host is definitely not being a good host. Because it is important, I would call Airbnb and have them cancel penalty-free so you can book with another host who won’t play games.

I agree with the other host. This is not right. Dont pay the fee and contact Airbnb for help.  I’m sorry this happened to you. These types of hosts are bad for everyone and make good guests weary of booking on airbnb
