Host payment

I’ve noticed that another site has offered instant payment to Hosts after the guest books. If it’s a split payment (Airbnb offers split pay) then the funds are available after each payment is made. If the guest cancels then Airbnb can freeze your acct for those funds from your next booking. Just wondering if other hosts would be interested.

@Lisa0 LOL... You have to request it and be accepted for it takes about month to be approved. Also it's YapStone you ask and that approves you or not HA/VRBO have nothing to do with it.

AIRBNB holds all funds, huge investing power for the company.  They will also give the money back to a guest because their cancellation policy only protects the guests, not the hosts.. they will refund after arrival if for any reason a guest is not happy after arrival, which again does nothing for a host that had the spot reserved and can't rebook.. pretty crazy, you take a chance when advertising/hosting with airbnb.
