Host referal

I refered a host and she has since had a booking and completed the process last week. Should I have been paid out my host refereal fee by now?

I have a same issue, my referral just hosted, but when I access my account, it states that I in fact referred this person, but it says that his add is not posted (which it is), otherwise, he wouldn't have hosted... Who do I email?
