Host referrals

Hello everyone, 

I has send a new host a referral link to get his property on Airbnb and he had his first guest before the 150 days expiration date and vith a value of the reservation over 100USD and I still haven't recieved my payment. What could be the problem? Thank you and have a great day!

It  depends on a  number of factors - the first is that most potential claims do not meet ALL of the referral requirements. If you are both certain that they did (and this includes your friend using your link to set up their first account with AirBnb and not a generic link) then there are two potential answers. It may take some time to get your payment - I waited 2 months for mine, or there has been an error, and if so you will need to contact AirBnB
