Hosting fees - are you sure you're only being charged 3%

I notice that I am being charged hosting fees of 3.5%.

Rather than the 'usual' 3%.

Any idea why I might be special?

And have you checked your own hosting fees?

Anyone else in this boat?

@Everard0 every time I check, it is always 3%. I do not check for every single reservations though.

Airbnb told me in June they rolled out Precision Pricing with decimal level accuracy. Does that account for the extra 0.5%?

What is your cancellation policy? The more strict the higher you pay; i.e. 60-days super strict - 5%.
